Hi! My name is Sarah Abegglen. I am a Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Nebraska. I am so glad you are considering therapy. I have 15 years of combined experience in social work and therapy. All of my services are provided in a virtual format. I use a Telebehavioral Health platform that provides real time therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home or office. My services are convenient virtual wellness when you need it most from the confidential comfort of your choosing.

I work with individuals of all ages. I have specialized training in working with individuals and families affected by trauma, domestic violence, and significant life changes. In addition, I have training to work with LGBTQ+ individuals and am a proud ally. I am also a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health. I follow the most up to date standards of care when working with transgender and gender non-conforming individuals.
I provide Telebehavioral Health and Wellness Services utilizing a virtual platform that is secure and HIPPA certified so that you can experience live, one-on-one confidential counseling services from the comfort of your own home or office.
